This is the 18th Dübs Steam locomotive of the Manila Railroad Company purchased in 1890.
Dübs No. 18 is one of the numerous steam locomotives that were wrecked during the Philippine-American War, this unit alongside with another Dübs locomotive (unknown number) and a hunslet were seen wrecked after the Bamban Bridge was destroyed.
- No. 18 is already gone but his sister locomotive "Urdaneta" No. 17" still exists and displayed at the Dagupan City Plaza.
- Listed as a original Class B locomotive.
