Palicpic-Ayungin Bridge is the highest railroad bridge of PNR.


Palicpic-Ayungin Bridge was part of the Los Banos-San Pablo cut-off line that was opened on August 20, 1923.  The bridge was destroyed by Japanese Forces in 1945, interrupting services, the first train ran over the reconstructed bridge on February 20, 1947 and repairs were completed by May 31, 1947.
