Pasig is a defunct railroad station serving Pasig City. It was formerly an interchange station for the Manila Railroad Company's Antipolo Line and Montalban Line and the Manila Suburban Railway Pasig Line.

History[]

The first section of the Manila Railway Company Antipolo Extension to Pasig was inaugurated on December 8, 1905, coinciding with the feast day lf the Immaculate Conception, the Manila Suburban Railway Pasig Line started operations on January 6, 1908.

The Pasig Line was later acquired by the Manila Electric Railroad and Light Company (MERALCO).

  • Pasig is located 16.95 kilometers from the Antipolo Line's terminus in Manila.
  • Pasig is located on what is now the Pasig Rotunda.
  • The Guadalupe Line was supposed to be revived and extended to Pasig as part of the Metrotren Commuter Service in the early 1990s but the project did not materialized.
