San Antonio, Camarines Sur, known as San Antonio C.S. is a station situated on the Manila-Legazpi Line and formerly the Legazpi Division Line. It serves Milaor, Camarines Sur.
San Antonio was opened on April 1, 1920.
- Milaor is one of the towns who doesn't have a station named by the town itself, the others are Atimonan, Guinayangan, Nabua and Rosario, La Union, making San Antonio as the main station of Milaor.
- The tracks between San Antonio C.S. and Agdangan C.S. were replaced from 27 kg to 29 kg in 1938.
- Only the platform still exists, similar to Malansad.
